Branding

Depending on the material of the Promotional USB product, there are various ways to brand these stylish Promotional Memory Sticks. Below are the most common printing options:

Screen Print

Each colour has a special stencil created, making sure the correct PMS colour is printed. Up to 4 colours can be printed using Screen Print.

Laser Engraving

This method of branding is clear, sharp and most importantly, long lasting. Laser engraving provides a sophisticated tonal effect to enhance the product.

Embossing

Your logo is 'stamped' onto the surface of the memory stick. A blind emboss uses no colour and leaves and impression of your logo in the USB Drive for a subtle effect. This is a popular branding choice for our 100% Leather USB Promotional Flash Drives.

Artwork Requirements

All artwork must be provided in either .eps (Encapsulate Post Script) or .ai (adobe illustrator) file. These files should be a true vector file rather than a saved .eps or .ai file from jpg, bitmap or png file.

Fonts should be outlined to keep them from being lost or changed through transfer.
All Pantone colours (PMS Colours) to be identified for correct printing of colours.
